The Role: Beauty Advisor

Chalhoub Group is seeking a full-time Beauty Advisor to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and utilizing product knowledge and sales techniques to achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining brand standards within our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for maintaining high standards in customer engagement and contributing to sales objectives. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Utilize appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, manage replenishment, and handle new product launches, product offers, and merchandising.
• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to foster customer loyalty.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting or exceeding their expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their specific needs.
• Demonstrate the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Drive sales and achieve set line and sales targets through effective makeup knowledge.
• Monitor and follow up on store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Track new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels comply with brand guidelines.
• Verify that store shelves are replenished accurately and on schedule.
• Report stock shortages using the designated stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
