About the Role

جاس العربية للتقييم العقاري is seeking a Real Estate Appraiser to join our team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position within the Makkah Region, suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct accurate property valuations and produce comprehensive analytical reports, contributing to the company's core services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform property valuations and generate comprehensive analytical reports.
• Conduct thorough market research to support valuation processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant valuation regulations and standards.
• Execute on-site inspections and gather necessary property data.
• Collaborate effectively with real estate specialists and other team members.
• Guarantee accurate property valuations and provide expert insights to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Mandatory certification from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem).

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and data collection techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in market research and the ability to produce comprehensive analytical reports.
• Strong analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work both collaboratively with real estate specialists and independently on-site.
• Solid knowledge of valuation regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position. The primary work location will be in Jeddah, within the Makkah Region, requiring regular presence at the company's premises and various property sites.

Candidates are strictly required to have successfully completed the valuation courses from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Taqeem). Applications will only be considered from individuals who meet this specific certification requirement.
