As a key player in our Legal Affairs / Administration department, the Archive Specialist is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all legal, contractual, and regulatory documents. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a structured archiving system for all legal and contractual documents.
  • Classify, catalog, and index legal files, agreements, licenses, permits, and correspondence.
  • Ensure secure storage and restricted access to confidential legal and corporate records.
  • Digitize and back up physical files for long-term accessibility and disaster recovery.
  • Monitor document retention periods and oversee lawful destruction of expired records.
  • Maintain accurate logs of document movement, version control, and approvals.
  • Support the Legal Department in retrieving records for litigation, audits, or regulatory inspections.
  • Assist in preparing documentation summaries, indexes, and compliance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in legal documentation, records management, or archiving.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of legal documents, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of document management systems, proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
