About the Role

Match | ماتش is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to oversee operations and staff across specific areas or multiple locations in Makkah, including Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role focuses on ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Train staff on job duties and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure performance meets established standards.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
• Oversee employee work schedules and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring processes for new candidates.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, including all safety and health regulations.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations or a specific area, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement strategies designed to improve efficiency, enhance productivity, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability and effective cost control.
• Promote collaboration among team members and across various departments.
• Monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments.
• Review performance metrics, reports, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform any additional work as requested by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee operations and manage staff effectively.
