Barista

About the Role

Repose Cafe is seeking three Baristas to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a passion for coffee preparation and strong customer service skills. The role involves contributing to a positive customer experience and maintaining high standards of beverage quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages and other specialty drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the work area.
• Work efficiently and effectively, especially during peak business hours.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Train new team members on beverage preparation and service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of barista experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for full-time shifts.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The salary for this role is SAR 1,600 per month, with additional compensation for overtime hours. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic cafe setting.
