Unity Holding Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our restaurant team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations.

The Role of Branch Supervisor

The Branch Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a restaurant branch, ensuring smooth workflow, high service standards, and overall guest satisfaction. This role is central to maintaining operational excellence and supporting team performance within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor adherence to opening, mid-day, closing, and other operational checklists.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, hygiene, service standards, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, training programs, and daily team activities.
• Address customer complaints effectively and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock requests, track wastage, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, daily sales reconciliation, and prepare comprehensive branch reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Baladiyah, health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.
• Monitor branch Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), sales figures, operational costs, and customer feedback.
• Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities to enhance branch performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of previous experience in restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) operations.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Essential Knowledge and Attributes

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
