Customer service representative (call center) required to work in a professional environment to receive calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Tasks include: providing assistance and solving customer problems, entering data into systems, and following up on orders until successfully completed. Proficiency in the Arabic language is required, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle work pressure and multiple tasks efficiently.

Receiving customer inquiries via (phone - WhatsApp - messages - email - social media platforms) and responding to them professionally and courteously. Providing accurate information about perfume and incense products (scents, concentration, usage, prices, offers). Following up on order status with customers and providing them with updates. Managing customer conversations quickly and organized and using response templates when needed.
