The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for its manufacturing operations in Jeddah, KSA. This full-time role is part of an expanding global business, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic multinational team. The position is integral to furthering the group's growth plans, driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager is responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvements within operations. This includes addressing issues triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, refer delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits, by ensuring a continual proactive approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Manage and follow up on all continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Address and resolve issues arising from customer complaints and non-compliances.
  • Handle refer delivery non-compliances, rejects, and dumps effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and address findings from hygiene audits.
  • Implement a proactive approach to operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement processes within a manufacturing environment.
