About the Role

Shangri-La Hotel in Jeddah is seeking a Marketing Executive to support and enhance property-level marketing execution. This full-time role focuses on daily content creation, agency coordination, graphic design, campaign delivery, and F&B marketing activations. The Marketing Executive will also contribute to driving conference and banquet revenues and strengthening the hotel's overall brand presence.

Hotel Overview

Shangri-La Jeddah is located on the new Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea. The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows and interiors designed to reflect the sea and sandy beaches. Amenities include a dedicated Kids Club and supervised play area, alongside various dining concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen property-level marketing execution across daily marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate engaging daily content for the hotel’s digital and social media channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to deliver marketing initiatives effectively.
• Support graphic design and development of marketing collateral in line with Shangri-La brand standards.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support internal departments with marketing activations, promotions, and events to drive awareness and revenue.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or with a creative agency background.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, campaign execution, and F&B marketing.
