Cashier

Responsible for accurately and quickly executing payment operations, ensuring a positive customer experience through professional handling, in addition to maintaining the daily cash balance and organizing the workstation. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Receiving customers with a smile and providing friendly service. • Processing cash and electronic payment transactions accurately and issuing invoices. • Reviewing and recording daily revenues and ensuring record matching. • Assisting customers with inquiries related to products or promotional offers. • Ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the cashier area at all times. • Reporting any cash shortages or equipment malfunctions to management. • Complying with company policies and financial safety procedures. • Working harmoniously with the team to ensure the smoothness of daily operations. Qualifications and Experience Required: • A minimum of a high school diploma. • Obtaining a valid health certificate (mandatory). • Previous experience in cashiering or sales (additional advantage). • Knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling. • Ability to work with electronic Point of Sale (POS) systems. • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
