Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to leading commercial planning activities across assortment, inventory health, SKU productivity, and range optimization.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

The Commercial Planning Manager translates commercial strategy into actionable plans designed to improve assortment productivity, reduce overstock, optimize inventory, and support profitable growth. This role involves close collaboration with Category Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Master Data, Commercial Excellence, and Media Buying teams to drive planning decisions and ensure effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assortment planning and range optimization across various categories.
• Monitor inventory health, including overstock, slow-moving, and aged stock, and initiate clearance actions.
• Drive SKU rationalization efforts to enhance product and category productivity.
• Analyze sales, margin, stock cover, availability, and SKU performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and seasonal commercial planning activities.
• Collaborate closely with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to align plans and ensure execution.
• Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• 5-10 years of experience in assortment planning, inventory management, SKU rationalization, and range optimization.
• Strong understanding of retail commercial metrics, including sales, margin, sell-through, stock cover, inventory value, and SKU productivity.
• Proven experience working with Category Management and Supply/Demand Planning teams.

Essential Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong ability to work with data and planning reports.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate data and analysis into clear commercial actions and recommendations.
