The Role

We are seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to lead commercial planning activities across key areas including assortment, inventory health, SKU productivity, and range optimization. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, is critical for translating commercial strategy into actionable plans. The objective is to improve assortment productivity, reduce overstock, optimize inventory levels, and support profitable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assortment planning and range optimization initiatives across various product categories.
• Monitor inventory health, specifically identifying and managing overstock, slow-moving, and aged stock, and driving necessary clearance actions.
• Lead SKU rationalization efforts to enhance overall product and category productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales, margin, stock cover, availability, and SKU performance to identify both opportunities and potential risks.
• Support and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and seasonal commercial planning activities.
• Provide commercial insights and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The Commercial Planning Manager will engage in close collaboration with various internal departments. This includes working alongside Category Management, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Master Data, Commercial Excellence, and Media Buying teams. The aim of this collaboration is to align plans, drive effective planning decisions, and ensure strong execution across all commercial initiatives.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, within the Makkah Province. The role operates within a dynamic quick-commerce environment, requiring a proactive and analytical approach to commercial planning.
