Overall Role Purpose:
As a Courier for DHL Express, your primary responsibility will be to safely pick up and deliver shipments within the designated time frames. You will ensure all shipments are properly handled and that paperwork is completed accurately.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Pickup and deliver shipments safely and efficiently.
  • Check all shipments and paperwork prior to delivery.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain cleanliness of your vehicle.
  • Ensure the security of shipments and collected cash.
  • Assist customers with queries regarding their shipments.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Experience as a courier is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift packages up to 30 kg.
