Job Description – Supervisor of Representatives

  • Daily supervision of the representatives' team and monitoring attendance and departure.

  • Distributing tasks and delivery schedules to ensure coverage of all areas.

  • Identifying and distributing work zones based on order density and coverage plan.

  • Monitoring the commitment of new representatives to the terms of the agreement (attendance – uniform – behavior – commitment).

  • Training new representatives on the work mechanism, using the application, and how to deal with customers.

  • Monitoring the performance of representatives and solving field problems promptly.

  • Coordinating with management to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

  • Monitoring the periodic maintenance of vehicles or bicycles.

  • Preparing daily reports on performance and productivity.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and company policies.

  • A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and contract management within a large or complex organization.
  • Expertise in financial control, cost analysis, and budget optimization.
  • Experience in vendor and contract management, encompassing drafting, evaluation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
