Role Overview

SGS - Saudi Ground Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cybersecurity Defense Manager to lead critical cybersecurity defense activities. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and is essential for strengthening the organization's security posture.

Strategic Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure all cybersecurity defense initiatives are fully aligned with SGS’s overarching cybersecurity strategy. The manager will play a key role in enhancing the organization's security capabilities and ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement cybersecurity defense policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ensure effective cybersecurity protection, detection, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Monitor cybersecurity performance, compliance, audits, and improvement initiatives.
• Manage cybersecurity architecture, security controls, and incident response coordination.
• Ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated across all business operations.
• Lead and develop the Cybersecurity Defense team.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity defense, security operations, risk management, and governance.
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity teams and successfully delivering security improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to align cybersecurity activities with organizational strategy and objectives.
