We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Data Entry Specialist to input and manage inventory and shipment data in our system. The role supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate and timely data entry for incoming and outgoing goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update inventory and shipping data in warehouse systems.
  • Verify accuracy of delivery documents and stock records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized logs and filing systems for records.
  • Generate daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of data entry or warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (*, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Experience in vendor and contract management, encompassing drafting, evaluation, and negotiation.
