Job Description:
We are looking for a professional employee with experience in managing online stores, specifically on the platforms Noon and Amazon Saudi Arabia, to join our team. The applicant should be well-versed in all the details of working on these platforms, from uploading products and improving their visibility, to tracking orders, reviews, and performance analysis.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Professionally upload and manage products on Noon and Amazon.

  • Improve content (title, description, keywords) to increase visibility and sales.

  • Follow up on shipping and delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints and negative reviews.

  • Monitor product performance and analyze reports to provide developmental recommendations.

  • Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotions and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience working on Noon and Amazon.

  • Good understanding of search algorithms and policies of each platform.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.

  • Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets.
