Join Our Team as an E-commerce Manager!
Are you an experienced professional in e-commerce with a strong track record of driving growth? We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead our digital operations and make a significant impact on performance and revenue.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the comprehensive management and development of the e-commerce store, focusing on daily operations as well as long-term strategies aimed at boosting sales, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and operate all aspects of the e-commerce store (products, orders, inventory, shipping).
  • Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and commercial performance improvement.
  • Analyze data to extract insights supporting decision-making (Conversion, AOV, CAC, LTV).
  • Enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, advertising, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage the team and external partners (technicians, shipping companies, payment gateways).
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure stability and continuous development.

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital commerce.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and achievement of strong performance indicators.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Salla, Zid, Shopify, and Magento.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns and improving ROI.
  • High leadership and communication skills.

Required Qualification:
