About the Kerry Graduate Program
Kerry is seeking ambitious graduates to join its Early Careers Program, focusing on delivering sustainable nutrition globally. This permanent, full-time role is part of a structured 2-year program designed to immerse participants in real-world challenges, supported by a global network of mentors. The program emphasizes structured learning and cross-functional exposure to develop the skills, confidence, and experience necessary for career advancement.
The Supply Chain Program Role
This specific role is within Kerry's Supply Chain function, which is central to operations, connecting raw material transformation to final product delivery. The program involves close collaboration with customers and internal teams to manage one of the industry's complex supply chains. Graduates will act as a vital link between Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Service, ensuring customer demands are met by efficiently balancing materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Supply Chain Management by implementing key principles and challenging existing practices.
- Lead projects for best practice Supply Chain rollouts and address site-wide challenges.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and manufacturing plants to ensure high-quality service and customer experience.
- Utilize planning and logistics systems to analyze supply chain data and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
- Apply expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, and Logistics & Transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
Professional Development
Kerry is committed to professional growth within the Supply Chain field. Participants will receive support towards achieving professional qualifications such as CIPS or APICS. Past program participants have advanced into roles including Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Purchasing Management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Business and Technology.
- 1-3 years of work experience.
- Ambitious and curious with a desire to apply talents.
- Open-minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
- Eligible to permanently work in the specified location (Jeddah, Makkah).
- Open to travel and relocation.
Program Details
This is a full-time, permanent position. The program is based in Jeddah and Makkah. Kerry is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for graduates to develop their careers and contribute to the company's mission.
