Role Overview

The Sr Ecommerce Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive management of the online store's digital performance. This role focuses on ensuring an optimal shopping experience for customers, achieving defined sales targets, and driving growth through data-informed decisions. Key areas include website management, commercial execution, and detailed analytics to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and functionality of the online store.
• Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, pricing strategies, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with web developers and service providers to efficiently resolve technical issues affecting the online platform.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective digital campaigns.
• Monitor key analytics and performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, and bounce rates to identify areas for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting

A core function of this role involves preparing regular, detailed reports that track essential metrics. These reports will cover traffic, sales performance, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs, presented on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to inform strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management, digital performance, or a similar analytical role. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving online growth through data-driven strategies is essential.
