About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our operations, focusing on accurately assessing and costing vehicle repairs. The Estimator plays a crucial role in ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the repair process for our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair status and address any inquiries about their vehicle or the repair process.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ascertain their condition and evaluate the feasibility of repairs at a reasonable cost.
• Prepare detailed estimates for repairs, incorporating customer input, special requests, and specific requirements.
• Liaise with insurance companies concerning the repair process and estimated costs, including the efficient handling of claims processing.
• Manage misuse estimation, diligently follow up with customers, and secure necessary approvals for repairs.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in vehicle repair estimation. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required to effectively manage the responsibilities associated with this position.
