Job Description: Tour Coordinator – Jeddah

Working Day: Friday (one day a week)

We are looking for outstanding coordinators to join our cruise team in Jeddah!
If you are someone who loves meeting people, enjoys adventures, and likes to spread beautiful vibes and team spirit — you belong with us.

Tasks:

Welcoming tourists and participants on the trip and dealing with them in a friendly and positive spirit.

Giving instructions clearly before and during the trip.

Assisting in the overall organization of the event and arranging equipment.

Supporting participants during marine activities.

Supervising the guests' experience and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Requirements:

Sociable personality and loves dealing with people.

Active and has positive energy and a cheerful spirit.

Able to swim and capable of rescue in emergencies.

Ability to communicate, listen, and deal professionally.

Skill in organization and time management.

Previous experience in events or trips is preferred (not a prerequisite).

About the Role

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Deep understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
