Event Coordinator

Welcoming customers and visitors with a smile and courtesy. Providing a clear and simplified explanation of the center's services and activities (bowling - billiards - games - cafe - entertainment shows). Organizing special reservations for bowling or halls or parties according to the center's policies. Following up on customer requests and coordinating with internal departments (cashier - games department - supervisors) to fulfill requests. Receiving complaints and feedback from customers, handling them quickly and effectively, or escalating them to the direct supervisor. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the customer service area and reception points. Monitoring the availability of promotional materials and offers and informing customers about them. Complying with operational instructions and the center's security and safety policies. Recording customer data and daily visits according to the approved forms.

Real estate finance specialist required (men only - Saudi) with experience in real estate sales. He has knowledge of marketing and a good database.

A receptionist is required (committed) who has a decent appearance and excellent communication skills and is proficient in both Arabic and English. They will be responsible for receiving and directing customers, receiving and delivering orders, issuing invoices, and answering phone calls, with the ability to handle basic computer programs.
