Event Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our dynamic team, responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The ideal candidate will handle accounts payable/receivable, reconcile bank statements, process payroll, maintain the general ledger, and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to support the organization's financial operations and reporting requirements.

Coffee Bar – Direct Preparation in Front of Customers

Purpose of the Job
To prepare and serve a variety of quick desserts and snacks, including pancakes, crepes, and sandwiches, directly in front of customers. The aim of the job is to provide high-quality products while creating an interactive and engaging experience for customers.

Main Responsibilities
•Prepare items such as pancakes, crepes, toast, and sandwiches directly in front of customers.
•Ensure daily preparation of ingredients and maintain their quality and freshness.
•Present dishes in an attractive and eye-catching manner to enhance the customer experience.
•Adhere to food safety and health standards (GHP & HACCP).
•Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth and timely service.
•Contribute creative ideas by adding new touches or developing unique recipes.
•Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner during preparation.
•Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and proper use.

•At least two years of experience in preparing crepes, pancakes, or quick desserts.

•Previous experience in cafes or fast-food restaurants is preferred.
