About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, with food and beverages as a key component. The role involves a range of duties to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Service Expert will be responsible for delivering a wide array of services to enhance the guest experience. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Setting tables to prepare for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with guests and serving food and beverages.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and contribute to the overall guest experience.

Essential Job Functions

Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, and upholding quality standards. Professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication is expected.

This role involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. The ability to read and understand menu information is necessary. Candidates must be capable of performing tasks requiring physical exertion, such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, will also be required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
