Job Purpose
Overseeing and coordinating the final stages of construction, focusing on the finishing touches that give the villa its final look and functionality. Supervising all activities related to the interior and exterior finishes, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, and the installation of fixtures and fittings. Ensure that the work is completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and within the project timeline.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Supervision and Coordination:
    Oversee all on-site finishing work, manage trade teams, coordinate with others for efficiency and compliance with design specifications.
  • Material Management:
    Manage procurement and delivery of materials, monitor usage, and ensure proper storage.
  • Scheduling and Time Management:
    Develop and manage schedules to meet timelines while ensuring quality standards.
  • Communication and Reporting:
    Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and issues.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution:
    Identify and resolve installation issues, proposing solutions for challenges.
  • Final Inspections and Handover:
    Ensure finishing quality and assist with final inspections before client handover.

Role Accountability
  • HR Proficiency:
    Train and lead subordinates while promoting a positive work environment.
  • Delivery:
    Meet operational targets as per delivery schedules while utilizing resources effectively.
  • Quality:
    Implement quality control processes.

Academic Qualification
Diploma Degree in any relevant field
Work Experience
4 to 6 Years
Technical / Functional Competencies
Materials/Parts Knowledge, Plans and Drawings, Work Order Management, Hand/Power Tool Proficiency.
