Role Summary

The Floor Manager oversees the daily operations of My Clinic KSA floors to ensure the efficient delivery of quality patient care. This full-time role focuses on maintaining smooth clinical operations and providing top-notch patient services in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across My Clinic KSA floors.
• Manage staff and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff and professionals.
• Implement policies and protocols to enhance patient care quality.
• Coordinate patient care services and manage resources efficiently.
• Address patient concerns and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Maintain accurate records of healthcare practices and patient care.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Administrative Duties

• Set and approve performance goals for team members and manage their annual performance evaluations.
• Monitor subordinates’ performance and distribute daily tasks.
• Determine the manpower requirements for the section in accordance with My Clinic KSA policies.
• Identify annual training needs for subordinates and evaluate the effectiveness of provided courses.
• Manage administrative requests for team members, including vacations and departures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical operations and staff effectively.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role will be disclosed during the recruitment process.
