About the Role: Join our client, a leading F&B group in Saudi Arabia, as a Food & Beverage Manager. This role is crucial in driving operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering business growth across various venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all food and beverage operations, including Restaurants and Catering.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising skilled personnel.
  • Plan marketing strategies and promotions, contributing to business development.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
  • Create and maintain menus that reflect culinary trends and guest preferences.
  • Monitor products and compliance with specifications.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to minimize waste.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to comply with regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Report management regarding sales results and productivity.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
  • In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
  • Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and budget management.
  • Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for hospitality and enriching customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication.
  • Proficient organizational skills for managing budgets and inventory.

  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
