As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, aiming to create memorable experiences for our guests while helping to train and develop our staff. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations to ensure exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and effectively manage Food and Beverage team members.
  • Handle guest queries with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work within budgeted guidelines regarding Food and Liquor costs, and manage payroll effectively.
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, and develop policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to create exciting and appealing menus.
  • Conduct monthly stock takes to maintain control of inventory.
  • Facilitate team appraisals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all hotel security, fire regulations, and relevant health and safety legislation.
