Job Description

About Mosaic Conseil

Mosaic Conseil operates as a focused workshop specializing in rebuilding business artifacts from the ground up. We translate complex business logic into clean, functional digital tools for our partners, which include a major development firm. As a boutique consultancy based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, we prioritize independence and intellectual honesty in our work across financial services, industrial networks, growing software companies, and healthcare systems.

The Frontend Development Internship

Mosaic Conseil is seeking a Frontend Development Intern to join our team. This full-time, remote position is designed for an entry-level developer with 0-1 years of experience who will contribute to the technical reconstruction of business artifacts. The primary focus of this role involves building and maintaining internal web tools that enable data visualization and interaction with complex business logic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clean, functional components using modern web libraries.
  • Translate mathematical logic and financial grids into responsive user interfaces.
  • Participate in the builder and challenger process by reviewing code and identifying logical flaws.
  • Refine the visual clarity of data displays to ensure evidence is easy to read and understand.
  • Ensure all tools remain lightweight and performant across different browsers.
  • Work directly with analysts to understand the requirements of specific ledgers or business files.
  • Document technical choices made during the development of new tools.

Qualifications and Background

Candidates for this role should be technically curious and comfortable working in a remote, self-directed environment. This position is intended for an intern or entry-level developer seeking to apply their skills to real-world business problems. A strong preference for clear, written communication and a high degree of self-management are essential.

Our Work Environment and Approach

Our workflow is entirely remote, quiet, and intentional, allowing team members to manage their own environment and schedule. We emphasize deep work and clear written communication over unscheduled meetings. A core aspect of our process is the builder and challenger system, where one team member questions the logic and checks for errors in another's work, ensuring the artifacts we deliver are flawless and backed by evidence.

Compensation and Opportunity

This is a paid internship offering competitive compensation aligned with current market rates and the role's requirements. The intern will work on high-stakes projects for major organizations within a small, remote team where contributions are visible and significant. This role focuses on building functional tools used for analyzing business ledgers and strategic plans, providing an environment free from traditional office distractions and centered on technical quality and logical rigor.
