I have a startup, and I will start with a small shop in (Al Safa neighborhood) in Jeddah. The shop's activity is selling and marketing eggs wholesale. The only product I have is eggs only. I want to hire an accountant with intermediate experience, who is proficient in using (Microsoft Excel) as well as accounting software, and I prefer that they are proficient in using the (Qayood) accounting software; because I am subscribed to it and it will be the program they will use officially. The shop will start gradually, and the number of employees at first will be simple and will not exceed mostly 3 employees: the accountant, the shop worker, and the sales representative. I was encouraged to enter this field by the large sales of competing institutions, which had simple beginnings and have only been established for a short time. This indicates the strength of the market and the high and continuous demand for the product (eggs). For about a year, I have been closely observing the market, and when I was convinced of the feasibility of the project - with God's guidance - I decided to enter the field. When the sales and profits of the first shop improve, I have a serious desire to open the second branch and further expand in the market and increase sales. I also aspire to expand more around the Kingdom in the same field.
