Join Our Team as a Junior Accountant
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our real estate company in Jeddah. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the real estate and property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily financial transactions for real estate projects and property portfolios.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable related to contractors, suppliers, and tenants.
  • Preparing and reconciling bank statements and petty cash.
  • Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Processing rental income entries and monitoring collection schedules.
  • Supporting the preparation of financial reports related to project costs, cash flows, and property performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0–2 years of experience (preferably in real estate or contracting, but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems.
  • Familiarity with real estate accounting concepts is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
