Join Al Rashed Food Company as an AR Accountant!

At Al Rashed Food Company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality food products and expanding our reach in the market. We are currently seeking an experienced AR Accountant to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize accounting software effectively to manage accounts receivable.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling.
  • Update and oversee accounts receivable for credit customers in the ERP system.
  • Reconcile credit customer invoices within the ERP system.
  • Conduct daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate verification and posting of accounts receivable data.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel concerning any discrepancies in credit sales invoices.
  • Support the reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring all payments are accounted for and correctly documented.
  • Review customer aging reports and follow up with customers on overdue balances.
  • Document reconciliation discrepancies and report daily.
