About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a Group Sales & Marketing Director to join their executive team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in large-scale organizations within the FMCG Food and Non-Food sectors. The role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving commercial growth, transforming sales strategies, and enhancing brand presence across the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive, long-term sales and marketing strategies aligned with the group’s financial and growth objectives.
• Lead initiatives to optimize brand positioning, expand market share, and drive revenue growth for both food and non-food portfolios.
• Oversee traditional, modern trade, and wholesale distribution channels across Saudi Arabia to ensure maximum product penetration and availability.
• Manage the commercial department’s budget, pricing strategies, and P&L targets to maximize profitability and return on investment (ROI).
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor, inspire, and develop a high-performing, bilingual sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify new product development and market expansion opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of progressive commercial leadership experience, with a proven track record in large-scale FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Deep, localized expertise in the Saudi Arabian FMCG market is essential.
• Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Work Environment and Availability

This is a full-time role. Candidates must currently reside within Saudi Arabia. The work schedule is 6 days per week. Immediate availability or a notice period of up to 30 days is required.
