The Role: Hair Stylist, Dyson Red Sea Mall

We are seeking a Hair Stylist to join our full-time team at the Dyson Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver outstanding retail experiences that engage shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of Dyson machines, while also discussing the science of hair. The Hair Stylist will contribute to an entrepreneurial business environment, ensuring the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding retail experiences through the presentation and demonstration of Dyson machines.
• Engage shoppers in discussions about the science of hair.
• Book appointments and conduct professional styling sessions.
• Maintain a balance between sales objectives and service delivery.
• Ensure a high standard of visual merchandising within your designated area.
• Perform blow-drying and styling services on customers' hair.
• Provide guidance on hair care techniques and recommend supporting items.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to Dyson standards and practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably a qualified stylist with experience in the blow-dry sector.
• Possession of a valid Municipality Health Card is mandatory.
• Previous experience working with or in a premium beauty brand.
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative solutions that address problems or challenge conventional approaches.
• Preparedness to meet sales targets.
• Strong customer-facing and sales skills, including the ability to adapt your style to the needs of every customer.
• Background in promotional marketing and sales.
• Confidence in providing in-depth, bespoke consultations for customer styling inquiries.
