Main Responsibilities Helping to achieve the required sales objectives of the branch in general and specifically. Welcoming customers and assisting them upon their arrival at the branch. Displaying the branch's products to customers and providing details about the products available in the branch, whether gold bullion or gold jewelry. Cooperating with the branch manager to ensure the workflow within the branch and achieve the required objectives. Sharing with the branch manager the most prominent problems encountered and providing suggestions on how to achieve an increase in sales. Issuing sales and purchase invoices and payment and receipt vouchers. Maintaining the items inside the branch from theft or loss. Monitoring changes in prices and updates on products to provide accurate information to customers. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in using computers. Communication and customer service skills. Experience of (3-5) years in sales. Ability to build relationships. Previous experience in gold sales or exchange companies is preferred.   • A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of marble, terrazzo, natural and artificial stone materials is an advantage.
