SETE Energy Saudia For Industrial Projects Ltd. is a company engaged in industrial projects. The organization is currently seeking a Landscaping Section Head to lead and manage landscaping projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Role of Landscaping Section Head

As Landscaping Section Head, you will oversee the comprehensive design, planning, execution, and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This full-time position in Jeddah requires a professional with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design landscaping plans in collaboration with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Incorporate elements such as plants, trees, walkways, water features, and lighting systems to enhance the overall design and functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of landscaping projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and resource management.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead a team of landscapers, horticulturists, and supporting staff members, assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring performance to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee site preparation and execute landscaping projects, including grading, excavation, planting, irrigation installation, and the implementation of hardscape elements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Determine the appropriate plant species, trees, flowers, and other vegetation suitable for specific locations.
• Select and source materials such as stones, pavers, and other hardscape elements required for landscaping projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the long-term health and appearance of landscaped areas.
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems, pest control measures, debris removal, and general upkeep activities.
• Incorporate sustainable landscaping practices, such as water conservation techniques, native plant selections, and environmentally friendly materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sustainable landscaping practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget constraints, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscaping project leadership and management.
• Previous experience within the Total Facilities Management (TFM) industry is required.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, involving on-site project leadership and team management.
