AtkinsRéalis is seeking a dedicated Landscape Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring the highest standards of landscape execution within critical road and infrastructure projects across the region.

Role Purpose

The Landscape Inspector will play a crucial role in monitoring and inspecting all landscaping works. This involves verifying proper execution, ensuring strict compliance with design specifications, adhering to environmental standards, and meeting all quality requirements throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect various landscaping works, including planting, irrigation systems, and soil preparation.
Verify compliance of works with approved drawings, project specifications, and environmental standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the correct installation of plants, turf, and other landscape features.
Monitor adherence to established safety protocols and sustainability practices on site.
Review and validate contractor work, materials used, and equipment deployed for landscaping tasks.
Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, checklists, and maintain thorough documentation for project records.
Identify any non-conformities or deviations from standards and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate effectively with engineers, irrigation specialists, and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure the timely completion of all landscaping works in alignment with overall project schedules.
Support the testing, commissioning, and final handover processes for completed landscape areas.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in landscape inspection or a related field within road and infrastructure projects.
