About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the leasing and marketing of residential and commercial properties within the company's projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease and market residential and commercial properties within company projects.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and attract new tenants.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers throughout the entire leasing process.
• Manage and update the company’s social media accounts.
• Support the marketing of projects and available units through digital and social media channels.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate leasing and marketing.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Experience in promoting and marketing real estate properties is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, within Alesayi Holding. The role involves working with both residential and commercial properties.
