SVAX is seeking a highly skilled Legal Specialist to support the company's day-to-day legal operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong English and Arabic drafting skills, eager to navigate complex commercial and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements in English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company interests.
  • Analyze contractual risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
  • Provide timely legal support on contractual, regulatory, and governance matters.
  • Maintain knowledge of Saudi Companies Law and ensure compliance.
  • Support dispute-related matters, including arbitration clauses and cross-border contract reviews.
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, signature, and storage.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong drafting and review skills in English and Arabic.
  • Solid understanding of Saudi Companies Law and commercial regulations.
  • Knowledge of international arbitration concepts.
