• Guest Assistance: Help guests safely enter and exit the pool and provide information about facilities.
• Rules Enforcement: Ensure compliance with pool rules and address unsafe behaviors.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and report malfunctions.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the pool area clean and organized, assisting in maintenance as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare incident reports as required.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• Saudi National/Expat.
• At least 2 years of experience as a lifeguard in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Saudi Swimming Federation Certificate is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• First aid and CPR certification required.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the swimming area, observing for dangerous conditions, and promoting the rules and regulations of our recreation facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work or supervisory experience required.

• First Aid Certification
• Any other certification or training required by local and state agencies.
