Role Overview:
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of guests at the pool and water facilities. This involves preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and creating a secure aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance and Prevention: Maintain constant vigilance of the pool area and enforce safety rules.
• Emergency Response: Quickly respond to emergencies, performing first aid or CPR as needed.
• Guest Assistance: Help guests enter and exit the pool safely while providing information on rules and facilities.
• Rules Enforcement: Ensure compliance with pool rules and correct unsafe behaviors.
• Equipment Maintenance: Check and maintain rescue equipment, reporting any issues.
• Communication: Work effectively with other lifeguards and staff to ensure safety.
• Training and Drills: Participate in ongoing training and emergency drills to stay prepared.
• Crowd Control: Manage the number of guests in the pool area, applying capacity limits when necessary.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Help keep the pool area clean and organized.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pool attendance and incidents.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

• Male/Female
• Saudi National/Expat
• At least 2 years of experience in a 4/5-star hotel as a lifeguard
• Saudi Swimming Federation Certificate
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to high customer service standards
• First aid and CPR qualifications
• Excellent attention to detail and professionalism

• Use appropriate rescue techniques if observing swimmers in need of assistance.

• Provide assistance to injured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
• Support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• No related work or supervisory experience required.

Required Qualifications:

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Any other certification or training required by local and state agencies.
