Join Our Team as a Senior Lifeguard at The First Group Hospitality!

Are you passionate about ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests? At Silver Sands Beach, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Lifeguard to oversee our pool and beach areas, working in a beautiful setting on the edge of the Red Sea. This premier community not only boasts fantastic living conditions but also emphasizes safety and community. As part of The First Group Hospitality, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of lifeguards on duty.
• Monitor pool and/or beach areas to ensure the highest level of safety at all times.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations consistently and professionally.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing rescue, first aid, and CPR as required.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure all lifesaving equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to lifeguards.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, rescues, and daily operations.
• Liaise with management and coordinate with security and other departments when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of poolside/beach areas.
• Support emergency drills and evacuation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent observation and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and take charge in emergency situations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
