Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool and/or beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations professionally.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, providing rescue assistance and first aid/CPR as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool, beach, and surrounding areas to identify hazards.
• Ensure lifesaving equipment is in good condition and readily available.
• Assist guests with inquiries, maintaining a welcoming and helpful presence.
• Maintain cleanliness of poolside/beach areas.
• Record and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Support emergency procedures and evacuation drills when necessary.
• Coordinate with security and management in case of incidents.

Qualifications:

• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Good observation and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and act efficiently in emergencies.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a regional market.
• Strong networking ability in KSA industrial sectors.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• GCC driving license preferred.
