About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Manager - Performance Analysis & Reporting to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role is responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making and enhance functional performance across the organization. The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, develop comprehensive performance reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The Manager will play a critical role in identifying performance trends and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from multiple sources to assess organizational performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and key insights from data analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define performance metrics and targets.
• Provide recommendations for performance improvement based on data analysis.
• Develop and distribute regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations to communicate performance trends and insights.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of performance data and reports.
• Customize reports based on stakeholder needs and requirements.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Design and develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance data.
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create interactive and dynamic reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in performance analysis, reporting, or a related field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
