The Role of Senior Manager Reporting

This part-time position as Senior Manager Reporting is based in Riyadh, KSA, and involves working on a large luxury mixed-use development where Mace Group provides project management consultancy services. The role focuses on overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of reporting across complex projects and programmes. It ensures that reporting and project controls activities provide clear, consistent information to support effective decision-making. The Senior Manager Reporting will also guide team members, promoting best practices and collaboration within the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead programme reporting and establish clear, consistent reporting standards and cycles.
• Consolidate planning, cost, risk, and delivery data to provide accurate and insightful performance reporting.
• Create executive reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Identify trends, variances, and emerging issues to support informed decision-making.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and improve reporting quality, efficiency, and automation using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reporting inputs are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
• Lead and develop the reporting team while driving continuous improvement and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience in programme/project controls reporting, PMO analytics, or performance management on major programmes.
• A proven track record of producing executive-level reports, dashboards, and management information.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to convert complex project data into clear insights.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel capability, with experience in developing dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• A good understanding of planning, cost, risk, change, and programme governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in working with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in major construction, infrastructure, or complex capital programmes; KSA/Middle East experience is advantageous.
