Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Aqarat Real Estate Development Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves planning and executing marketing activities and campaigns for real estate projects and assets, preparing marketing materials, and analyzing market and campaign performance to attract customers and investors, thereby supporting sales and leasing objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for real estate projects, land, and assets in line with approved objectives and budgets.
• Gather market intelligence and analyze customer and investor segments, competing projects, and demand trends to support the selection of appropriate marketing messages and channels.
• Prepare real estate marketing content, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and project pages, in coordination with relevant teams.
• Verify the accuracy of published property information, including location, area, features, and availability, and obtain the necessary approvals before publication.
• Manage campaign execution across digital channels, real estate platforms, and events, and monitor the performance of suppliers and marketing agencies.
• Coordinate with sales, leasing, and partnership teams to identify their marketing needs, hand over incoming inquiries and leads, and monitor lead quality.
• Organize property visits, events, and real estate exhibitions in collaboration with relevant departments, and prepare the required marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance indicators, including inquiry volume, lead quality, and cost per lead, and prepare periodic reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain consistent visual branding and marketing messages across all materials and channels.
• Comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements related to real estate advertising and marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in market analysis and performance monitoring.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities extending to projects in Jeddah. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments and external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
