Role Overview:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead our Sadia brand's marketing agenda in Saudi Arabia. This role involves driving value creation for consumers through an understanding of shopper behaviors and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the Trade Marketing Strategy in alignment with regional objectives.
  • Develop and evaluate department KPIs and processes, including training the merchandising team.
  • Lead the planning and execution of trade events and launches.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to align growth strategies with company goals.
  • Oversee the ROI of all marketing activations.
  • Ensure timely updates of marketing materials in the market.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' managerial experience in Trade Marketing for FMCG products.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP.
