We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the clinic’s growth and revenue goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor KPIs such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging ad creatives.
  • Manage social media calendars and content scheduling across various platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends for new campaign ideas.
  • Work closely with customer service to convert leads into bookings.
  • Propose promotional offers/packages based on market demand.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Prior experience in the services sector is required.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills related to performance marketing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
