Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the company's or brand's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Sella, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and achieves the desired interaction.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages to ensure a distinguished customer experience.
  • Analyze account performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Twitter Analytics to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Implement paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in social media and content creation to ensure the brand's competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure marketing messages align with the brand's visual identity.
  • Prepare periodic reports on account performance and necessary recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage digital crises by smartly addressing negative comments or complaints on various platforms.
