About the Role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role serves as a crucial link between Hikma Pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals, focusing on enhancing awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to promote a defined set of products to customers and key accounts through targeted sales and marketing activities, including field engagement. The Medical Representative will adhere to established guidelines to achieve specified sales and marketing targets, operating with the support of provided resources and under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Review updated records of sales targets and activities, assessing performance against achieved goals.
• Develop adequate relations, organize appointments, and arrange events with Hikma customers (doctors, pharmacists, hospital medical teams) to inform and persuade them to prescribe, dispense, or use Hikma products.
• Increase awareness of Hikma products through continuous learning and information sharing with healthcare providers.
• Obtain the latest information about doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, and prospect new customers to maintain efficient customer lists.
• Ensure proper product availability, territory coverage, reporting, feedback, and monitoring of competitor activity and products.
• Follow up on and review Hikma products’ market performance through client responses and other indicators, anticipating new market opportunities.
• Prepare timely planning, feedback, and sales documentation/sales reporting for the supervisor/manager as per request and prior agreement, ensuring optimum territory coverage.
• Ensure timely compliant behavior in correspondence to company rules and regulations.
