About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Planning Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position is integral to the successful execution of large-scale construction projects within the Construction, MEP, and Infrastructure sectors. The role requires a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works and a proven ability to lead comprehensive planning and scheduling functions throughout the project lifecycle. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to other project locations upon completion of their initial assignment in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other relevant planning tools.
  • Lead all aspects of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and site operations to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Analyze project performance data, identify potential schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and resource-loaded programs to stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor project progress against baseline schedules and contractual milestones.
  • Review subcontractor schedules for alignment with the overall master program and project objectives.
  • Provide support for claims, extension of time (EOT) requests, and delay analysis.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all project and client-specific planning requirements and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of dedicated planning experience, with significant exposure to MEP works.
  • Demonstrated experience working on large-scale projects such as high-rise buildings, airports, hospitals, mixed-use developments, infrastructure, industrial facilities, or mega projects.
  • Previous experience working in the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, or Kuwait) is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working on projects involving international contractors or major developers is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to relocate to different project locations based on business and project requirements after the initial assignment in Jeddah.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development and management.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, project controls principles, and various planning methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance monitoring and risk identification.
